Van trip details
the first rental period is Sunday july 21 at 7 am leaving enough time to drive
to Burger King parking lot in San Yasedro for 10:30 meet up with Rub Michel
leading the Pan American Group. (his wife and son are not able to attend this
year) He tells me they have 11 total in their group two 7 passanger vns will
hopefully have enough room for all the camp luggage. We have been stopping on
the way up at an In-and-Out . (kids pay for their own food) We can return the
vans late Sunday afternoon.
On the return trip weekend , Saturday July 27 we pick up vans in the morning in
time to get to camp before noon, usually drivers eat lunch at camp and return
down the hill after lunch. The Aslesens' are hosting the campers overnight at
their house in Pomona and driving to church Sunday for Camp Sunday followed by a
burger bash and return van trip to boarder (Burger King parking lot in San
Yasedro). Van Return on Sunday late afternoon.
